Rare, early paper print by French photographer and painter Louis-Camille d'Olivier. With the support of a patron, d'Olivier established a commercial enterprise called the Société Photographique in 1853, which had a sales counter, studios and darkrooms - very unusual for its time. Nudes were one of his specialties.
