NOTE: Feilberg was a Danish photographer in Deli (Sumatra) and later in Singapore and Penang from the early 1860s to the early 1900s. He exhibited a group of his photographs at the Paris International Exhibition in 1867. In 1870 he accompanied an expedition under the leadership of C. de Haan to the Batak country of Sumatra. He returned with 45 successful photographs.
