Signed on print recto in ink and Cunnigham's label affixed to reverse of mount and an ink notation "for CC, August 1909 (indecipherable word) Seattle". Image size: 6.5" x 4.375", sheet size: 12.125" x 9.125" deckle-edged dark gray mount.
