He became an active photographer in the 1940s and has worked primarily as a photojournalist. His work appears in C. Sullivan's 1994 book, "Here is My Kingdom: Hispanic-American Literature & Art for Young Readers". He appears in the Auer & Auer and George Eastman House databases.
