Published as a part of the Anales del Museo de la Plata. Printed in Spanish and French and apparently released in London, Paris and Buenos-Aires. One of the earliest publications of the Niepce-Daguerre correspondence. The letters themselves are printed in lithographed plates in this publication. Unbound in soft covers. Some light staining in margins on some pages, but generally clean and bright. Some chipping on cover, but inside pages very good. This is an extremely important and rare publication concerning the invention of photography.
