On Saturday, October 27, at 7 pm, the non-profit Photo Review will hold its 2018 Benefit Auction at the University of the Arts, Caplan Studio Theater, 16th floor of Terra Hall, 211 South Broad Street in Philadelphia. Telephone and internet bidding will accompany the live bids from the floor.
The event will feature an international slate of photographers as well as a host of Philadelphia artists. Beginning and experienced collectors alike will have the opportunity to bid on work by such historic masters as Berenice Abbott, Ansel Adams, Eugène Atget, Édouard Baldus, George Barnard, Jesse Tarbox Beals, Édouard Boubat, Mathew Brady, Brassaï, Harry Callahan, Julia Margaret Cameron, Asahel Curtis, Edward S.
